Larry Kaiser Named New President of Metro South CID

The Metro South CID board of directors unanimously voted on April 14, 2021, to name Larry Kaiser, president of Collaborative Infrastructure Services, Inc., and chief engineer for MSCID, as the organization’s new president. Beginning immediately, Larry will oversee the district’s improvements to infrastructure, landscaping, beautification and security.

Emory Morsberger stepped aside as president to focus on his family and will continue to manage two other CIDs – Gateway85 CID and Tucker Summit CID. Morsberger looks forward to collaborating with MSCID on projects that affect both Tucker Summit and Metro South in DeKalb County.
